Refund Requests
We offer a 3-day return window for customers to request a return. If you wish to return an item, please notify us within this period by emailing us at support@womaniyajewels.com with your name and order ID. Once the 3-day window has passed, we will be unable to process any returns.
Please note:
- Refunds are only processed as store credit, which can be redeemed on future purchases at Womaniya.
- Once we receive the product, a thorough quality check will be completed. This process may take up to 5-7 working days. We aim to ensure that the returned item meets our quality standards before issuing store credit.
- A nominal service fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the total amount for each refund request. This helps cover the cost of handling and processing.
We recommend carefully considering your purchase before ordering, as we do not offer direct refunds to bank accounts for customer-initiated returns.
Damaged Product Complaints
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist. To expedite the process, please provide a clear unboxing video of the product, which is required for us to validate your claim. Without an unboxing video, replacement or refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of our customer support team.
If your complaint is valid:
- We will replace the damaged item, provided it is in stock.
- If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, we will issue a refund to your bank account within 5-7 working days. (Only in the case of damage product)

Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Returns and exchanges will only be processed for the entire order and not for individual items within that order.
- Items from combo packs or gift sets cannot be returned or exchanged separately.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products purchased during special promotional offers, contests, clearances, or under any discount schemes.
Please ensure you are happy with your selections before completing your purchase, especially during promotional periods.
Cancellation Policy
